1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from us.

2. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and mobile payment methods.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 30+ days before travel: Full refund minus processing fees
• Cancellations made 15-29 days before travel: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before travel: No refund

4. Changes to Booking

Any changes to your booking are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

5. Travel Documents

It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid travel documents including passports, visas, and any required health certificates. We are not responsible for any issues arising from incomplete documentation.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances including trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and lost baggage.

7. Liability

We act as an intermediary between you and the service providers (hotels, airlines, etc.). While we take care in selecting our partners, we are not liable for any acts, omissions, or defaults of these third parties.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, epidemics, or government actions.

9. Privacy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not share your information with third parties except as necessary to fulfil your booking.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
